Which Size HDTV is Right for My Room? 
| With standard-definition TVs, the rule used to be that viewers would feel comfortable watching a set from a distance of 3 to 6 times the screen size in inches. With HDTV, the resolution is so much better that you can sit closer to a larger TV without noticing the pixels. So with HDTVs, the rule tends to be you can sit anywhere from 1.5 to 3 times the screen size (in inches) for the best experience. If you know the size of the room you have already, where you want to sit, and where your new HDTV should go once you get it, you can figure out the size HDTV you should get. - Minimum size = Viewing distance/3

product arrived on time and in perfect shape. just the right size for the bedroom wall installation. picture quality is excellent, using recent movie on blue ray as a source, looked eerily real. sound is okay, but if you watch a lot of movies, you'll want to get a 5.1 speaker system. remote has a "light" button for seeing in dim/dark room. very satisfied.

The 32LE5400 is one of the best deals going on TV's right now. 1080p, 120Hz, 4,000,000:1 ratio, LED-LCD screen, internet connectable, 3 HDMI ports for only 700 bucks? This TV was the smartest purchase I've made in a long, long time.

I have been very happy with my new TV! I looked at all the LEDs available and settled on this one because of its cool features and because it doesn't have the stupid glossy screen that everyone is obsessed with for some reason. I hate glossy screen TVs, you can't see anything but reflections!
Anyways, I only had two negative things about this TV. 1. I could have sworn that Pandora was part of the features when I bought it, but it is not! I am pretty upset about that. 2. It caused some serious lag with the Wii, even with the new upgraded cables, I still have to adjust my movements to anticipate what will happen.
The picture quality is amazing, there is no/minimal ghosting with movements. The energy settings are pretty cool. I like the remote and the ease of using netflix (although you can only access your list, no searching). It takes some getting used to, everything looks too "real." But now I love it. I love watching movies I have seen a dozen times and seeing something new!

This is a TV with bright, crisp picture quality and awesome Netflix HD streaming. I mostly watch blu-ray disks or use this as a monitor to work on web-designing. This TV is excellent for both the purposes. I, however, only have had it for a few weeks, so can't really comment on the reliability. But so far very good.

According to LG's website, to be wi-fi ready, this unit needs a $400.00 "Wireless media kit", which the unit does NOT come with. Be very careful and ask questions if these are features you are buying this unit for. You may get it delivered and find you have to spend more to have it do what it is advertised to do. I am waiting for my "local" electronics store to get these in stock so I can actually see one and find out if LG is going to add this before shipping to its outlets.
